  • “A made-up bed is a made-up mind” – Lunide Louis Ph.d

This tiny act you have accomplished your first task of the day which will breed more productivity throughout your day. Making your bed increases your willpower —  your most important habit, this helps you do better in all aspects of life.

T – Time’s up, get your butt outta bed, and make your Bed!

    Benefits:

    • Increase productivity

    • Give a sense of accomplishment/organization

    • Finishing what you started to

    • Increase your Willpower

Increase Willpower. Your most important habit, helps you do better in all aspects of life. Strengthen it by finish what I start—going to bed, brushing my teeth, get in my pjs, and get into bed. When I wake up, and I get out of bed—I make my bed—completing what I started the night before. Finishing the sleeping cycle. For better sleep, you also need to have a space that’s peaceful, calm and inviting. Make sure that your bed is a relaxing oasis. A sure way to strengthen your will power because willpower is not at your will.

THE ONE THING by Keller states that–Willpower is not at your will—it gets depleted as the day progresses—why do you think? Making decisions drains our will power. So minimize mindless decision making in the morning like what to wear? And finish what you start like making your bed by concluding the sleeping cycle.
