She teaches people the physical, mental, and energetic mechanics of being present through a mindfulness-based movement practice. Padma currently facilitates movement classes at Ecstatic Dance in Fairfax, has her private practice in San Rafael where she assists both individuals and couples and is a Teacher on the Insight Timer App. She is currently writing a book about how to have a thriving long-term relationship.
